Job summary

Under general supervision this position is responsible for providing support services to the operational management and accounting personnel at the CWA Tulsa campus.

Summary of essential job functions

Business Office

  • General filing, copying and clerical work
  • Data entry
  • Answer phone calls to the Business Office
  • Answer student questions and print statements
  • New student orientation
  • Process payments
  • Collection calls
  • Check attendance sheets
  • Assist with pre-bills
Other
  • Daily set up of classrooms, i.e. attendance sheets, computer set up, etc.
  • Help with student email set up and computer lab
  • Faculty problems with computer issues in the classroom
  • Orientation documentation
  • Process Student EOC Surveys
  • Cover front desk phone as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel required. POISE experience desired. An Associate's degree in addition to accounts receivable experience preferred.

Abilities required
Primarily sedentary physical work requiring the ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking, driving and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate personal computer and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with employees and the public.
